Pepper
Las Vegas, USA
2019
Pepper is created by a real couple looking to reshape the conversation around intimacy. The design for Pepper needed to be sensual, disarming, delightful and connect to its audience.
The space is divided into two main zones - the right half houses all lifestyle and apparel goods and the left half dedicated to toys and accessories. A curved scrim wall provides privacy and separation between the two areas while still allowing just enough transparency to peak curiosity. Moving visuals, classic love scenes and custom contents will also be projected onto the scrim to add a layer of visual interest and provide an opportunity for education and connection. In the toy zone, floor to ceiling apothecary-style shelving serves as a backdrop to a glowing crescent-shaped glass counter. To the left, a stream of beautifully styled toys, kits and bundles spin around on a glowing conveyor belt - a reminder that fun is the most important elemant in intimacy. The right wall consists of a bodyheat photobooth and self-serving vending machines. Finally, a VIP room is tucked away behind the touch bar.
Scope: layout and programing, interior finishes & specifications, fixture design, installation design and activation concepts.
