Extensive renovation of an existing private residence including reworking the layout of three floors of the house. The new program of the house consists of an open-floor plan connecting the living, kitchen & dining spaces, a private cinema room, two-level primary suite, spa and children’s room. Selective structral changes are proposed to amplify natural lighting and the surrounding ocean views.
